Beverages, liquors and rosolio
Citrus liquors: Sweet, thirst-quenching liquors, with a strong digestive quality. Prepared absolutely naturally by alcoholic maceration of Sicilian citrus peel.
Rosolio is liquor derived from rose petals, often used as a base for other liquors.
It is widespread in Sicily where, since the 16th century, it was produced in-house and offered to guests as a sign of good wishes. Various rosolio recipes have been experimented with throughout the island, among which those realised with citrus, coffee, anise and mint.
Syrups: sugar and essence based. With additions of seltzer, they make up the elemental base of thirst-quenching and digestive beverages prepared in the kiosks of Catania.
Made of powdered nuts (generally almonds) that are skilfully mixed with sugar and egg whites. Dissolved then, in water to prepare “Almond Milk,” for example

Cremini dell'Etna (liquors made from various fruit and cream) Cremini dell'Etna 500 ml., 700 ml., 17 % vol. n.12 flavours: Lemon – Strawberry – Mandarin – Almond – Hazelnut –Pistachio – chocolate - hot pepper chocolate – Cherry -Coffee- Zuppa inglese - Latte di vecchia (vanilla and lemon).
Mandorle, zucchero e aromi naturali per creare fantastiche miniature di frutta colorata, olivette di s.agata o semplicemente panetti di mandorla da sciogliere in acqua per gustare un genuino e rinfrescante latte di mandorla.
Limoncello, Rosolio di Arancia e Rosolio di mandarino 100% natural. Produced by infusion of natural lemon, orange, tangerine rind, natural alcoohl and sugar. They have got genuine flavor.
Produced by infusion of natural lemon, orange, tangerine rind; “I Classici” show a medium alcoholic strength and a fresh and strong flavor. They have got high digestive power and are excellent on macedoine, and with fruit juice.

Produced by infusion; “I tipici” show a medium alcoholic strength and a various-typical flavor: prickly pears’ delicacy; spices’ strength; cinnamon’s aroma. They have got high digestive power.
Handmade-ceramic bottles “Le Ceramiche” are made by an expert artisan of Caltagirone, using a potter’s lathe. Hand decorated. They contains Elisir dell’Etna, Limoncello, Rosolio di Ficodindia, Rosolio di Arancia, Rosolio di Mandarino.
Produced by blending natural fruit and skim milk powder; “Le Creme” show a low alcoholic strength and a delicate flavor. They are dessert liqueurs with high digestive power and are excellent on macedoine and icecreams.
