The Farm "Fratelli Saletti" is located in the territory of Randazzo, on the north-west of Etna at 700 meters, where the Alcantara river seems to join the massive volcanic with the southern mountains of the Nebrodi, on a layer of rocks rich in minerals and fluvial sediments.
The woods of chestnut, pine larch and beech trees majestic, the characteristic vegetation of the lower part of the Volcano are interwoven in this area with dense willow shrubs and oleander bushes that characterize the alluvial terraces originated by the Alcantara river.
The climate is temperate and characterized by large temperature ranges.
These unique features are the environmental setting in which our Company is inserted. It consists of eight hectares of olive trees with more than two thousand plants of Brandofino and Nocellara Etnea variety, for the production of our extra virgin olive DOP oil and six hectares of vineyard Nerello Mascalese from which we gather the grapes for winemaking DOC Etna Rosso red wine
The company is:

• registered as vineyards "Etna DOC"
• Member of the Consortium of protection PDO Mount Etna "
