The Mark of Quality Italian Hospitality: the procedure for obtaining the Mark of Quality Italian Hospitality is a rigorous one with various phases:
The individual business decides to present itself as a candidate to the Chamber of Commerce;
After a preliminary examination, the business undergoes a scrupulous evaluation as to the level of quality of the services offered, with a on-site visit by specialised technicians;
Once the technical evaluations have taken place, a provincial commission made up of Chamber of Commerce representative, representatives of associations of a certain level, of consumers and IS.NA.R.T. technicians meet for the final evaluation.
The Mark of Quality then, represents an important guarantee for the tourist, but also offers the company the opportunity for a constant and punctual supervision of their commitment.
